Support and billing
Trouble signing in, a question about an invoice, or a plan change. Cancelling, updating a card and downloading invoices are self-serve in the Stripe billing portal on your account page — write to us only if that does not do what you need.
Data and methodology
A score you think is wrong, a country you want covered, or a question about how a dimension is computed. Include the country and the score date — scores are recomputed daily, so a figure without its date cannot be checked. The methodology page documents every source and transform.
API and integrations
Key problems, rate limits, or a use case the API docs do not cover. Quote the endpoint and the HTTP status you got.
Press and licensing
Interviews, data requests and fact-checks go through the press kit, which lists the numbers, the sources and the brand assets.
Security
Report a vulnerability to the same address with “security” in the subject.
