Quantamentry is built and run by Arshad Ansari, a data engineer, through Hikmah Technologies, a data-engineering consultancy. There is no team behind the curtain and no outside funding: one person, free public data, and a pipeline that runs every night.

Seven-dimension composite scoring on free public data — World Bank (incl. Worldwide Governance Indicators), IMF, BIS, FRED, OECD, ILO, GDELT, and the European Central Bank. The methodology is open and the scoring code is auditable: every number on this site can be traced back to a source and a transform.

The ambition is simple: a single, daily-updated reference layer for sovereign credibility and macro fundamentals that costs nothing to read and is honest about its uncertainty.

Weekly analysis from the dataset, plus the occasional engineering deep-dive on how to build a 169-country pipeline on free APIs. Findings live on the blog; per-source freshness and tier breakdowns live on coverage.
