How does the 15-day free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 15-day free trial with full access to all 169 countries, the dashboard and the developer API from the first minute. A card is taken up front and is not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

How do I cancel, change my card, or get an invoice?

All three happen in the Stripe billing portal, which you open from your account page. Cancelling there stops the renewal and keeps access until the period you already paid for ends.

What does Team add over Pro?

Pro is $39 a month (or $390 a year) for one seat. Team is $299 a month (or $2990 a year) and adds everything in Pro for the whole desk: multiple seats, API access for your own models, notes and products, and permission to embed our EM coverage in your product with attribution.

What can I do with the developer API key?

Any active plan, trial included, can create Bearer API keys on the account page and call /api/v1 for scores, per-country detail, 90-day history, macro indicators and country metadata — the same data the site renders, as JSON, at 60 requests a minute. The same key works against the MCP server at /api/mcp. Keys stop working if the subscription lapses and start again when it restarts.

Where does the data come from?

Entirely from free public sources — World Bank, IMF, BIS, FRED, OECD, ILO, GDELT and the European Central Bank. The methodology page lists every source, every transform and the known caveats, and the scores are recomputed daily.

See methodology for how the scores are built and the API docs for programmatic access. Pricing shown in USD; regional pricing at checkout.
